For orders inside Lebanon:

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped through our delivery partners.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the delivery process takes around 1-3 days depending on your location. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is accurate, as changes cannot be made once the order is processed

While we aim for timely delivery, please note that delays may occur beyond our control, and it will be the responsibility of our delivery partners.

 

For international orders:

Once ready your order will be shipped through DHL Express (trackable shipping).

The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location.

The delivery process takes around 1-7 days depending on the location. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail or SMS with the tracking number of your package. All our products ship from Beirut, Lebanon to your destination.

Customs and import taxes may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. Le Dodo Club is not liable for additional costs related to customs and import taxes that may occur. We cannot predict if/and how much you would be charged, as these fees vary from one country to another.
